Convection fan spun away happily but the cavity stayed cold. Bake element had gone open circuit. He metered it in front of me, fitted the element, and ran a full preheat before packing up.

Water was tracking out under the door and onto the hardwood. The lower gasket had hardened and pulled away at one corner. New seal, and he checked the leveling feet while he was down there.
